Monthly photo contest winner

The winner of R.S. Walsh Landscaping’s April photo contest is Judie Zimomra, who submitted a photo of a preening pelican on the Sanibel fishing pier. Honorable mentions go to Larry Corio, David Curry, Laurie Hafener and Barbara Kaiser. The theme of the month was “Bird Watching.” Zimomra will receive a $50 gift certificate to In The Garden. For the monthly contest, submitted photos are posted at R.S. Walsh’s In The Garden and on its Facebook page, then voted on by the public. April was the final month for the contest; it will resume in the fall.
