John R. Wood Properties announced its top producers for the month of March.
Dave Russ was the top lister. With home sales/purchases for more than 400 families over the past 30 years, he understands the industry and has been awarded Entrepreneur of Year for the midwest.
Kris Cardinale had the top closed sales. Specializing in real estate since 2004, she is a U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the Army Achievement Medal. Cardinale is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Board of Realtors, Real Estate Association of Greater Fort Myers and Beach SWFL MLS, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce.
Tom and Elise Starr had the top pending sales. Both certified negotiation experts, she has over 35 years of real estate experience and he has military and business expertise, as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant designation.
Julie and Allie Oberlin received the production award. A part of the Southwest Florida community for over 25 years, Julie and Oberlin enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, with passion for real estate, home renovation and design. It has been a natural segue into real estate for Allie Oberlin, first as an assistant to her mother and now as a Realtor.
