Decal program results in donations
Bank of the Islands recently made a donation through the We Love Our Islands program. Customer Barbara “Babs” Maughan was spotted with the program’s decal on his vehicle, winning her the chance to decide which local non-profit would receive a charitable contribution. Maughan chose to donate $900 to The Sanibel School Fund. Through May 11, the Sanibel and Captiva branches are selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a street legal golf cart. The proceeds will benefit The Sanibel School Fund. Suggested donations are $25 for one ticket and $100 for five tickets. The bank has donated $75,600 to date through its We Love Our Islands program.
