Saturday begins 8-day early voting in Lee County

Eligible voters may take advantage of Florida’s early voting period that starts in Lee County on Saturday, Oct. 27, ahead of the 2012 General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Five early voting locations will be set up for the eight-day period that ends on Saturday, Nov. 3. Voters can fill out ballots from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
Here are the early voting locations:
Lee County Constitutional Complex (main office), corner of Fowler Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, 2480 Thompson St., Fort Myers, third floor.
Election Center South Branch Office, across from Bell Tower Shops, 13180 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers.
Bonita Springs Branch Office, Coconut Commerce Center, 24951 Old US 41, #10, Bonita Springs.
Cape Coral Branch Office (behind Lee County Government Center), 1031 SE 9th Place, #3, Cape Coral.
East Lee County Regional Library, 881 Gunnery Road, Lehigh Acres, meeting room.
After early voting ends on Nov. 3, voters must vote at their assigned precinct on Tuesday, Nov. 6. You can find your assigned precinct and view or print a sample ballot online at www.leeelections.com
