Book Signing, Storytelling Sunset Cruise with Gardenia
Captiva Cruises will host a special sunset and cocktail cruise featuring Katie Gardenia, original owner of the world famous Bubble Room restaurant in the heart of Captiva Island.
During the 2-hour cruise aboard the Lady Chadwick, Gardenia will share her memories and stories from running the Bubble Room. She will also be signing copies of her recent book “A Bubble Moment,” which highlights her recipes and experiences while running the restaurant.
This cruise will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 22 departing from McCarthy’s Marina, located next to the Bubble Room. The cost of the cruise is $35 per person, which includes a complimentary glass of champaign and a red velvet cupcake prepared by Gardenia.
