Ellie Ramming wins October coloring contest
The winner of the Sanibel-Captiva Islander’s October coloring contest is Ellie Ramming of Bokeelia, Fla.
Ellie used a rainbow of crayons to make her butterflies and hibiscus a garden of beautiful colors. Great work, Ellie!
As a prize for her entry, Ellie will receive a free “Treasures of the Islands” coloring book by Laura D’Amelio and John McCallion.
We received several wonderful entries this month, so we’d like to thank Chris Hubble, Mallory Brooks, Marina Vernaglia and Rebecca Vernaglia for sharing their masterpieces with us!
For the November/December contest, color in this special picture by Laura D’Amelio of a cormorant drying its wings in the sun.
As always, use your imagination and don’t be afraid to fill up the whole space! Be creative!
Please don’t forget to include your first and last name, age and address with your entry. If you send in your entry and win, but forget to put your name or some way to contact you, we will not be able to send you your prize.
All entries are due by Friday, Dec. 24.
