The Sanibel FlyFishers will hold a Fly Tying Night on Aug. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sanibel Fly Outfitters, at 2240 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. Joel Aranoff will demonstrate a “snapping shrimp” redfish fly. Experienced tiers are asked to bring their vises, tools and materials; the club will provide equipment for those who do not have their own. Pizza and drinks will be available.
