The School District of Lee County will host a Social Lee: Careers & Conversations event on Aug. 14 from 5 to 7 p.m. at University Grill, at 7790 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers.

The informational event will provide insight on all career opportunities within the district. Attendees will be able to speak with the talent acquisition team and learn more about open positions for the 2024-25 academic year. They will also be able to walk through becoming certified to teach in Florida.

Food will be included.

The school district is among the largest ones in Florida and the United States, with a growing enrollment of more than 99,000 students and 116 schools.
