FDEP coming to islands for CCCL outreach
The city of Sanibel reported that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) will a conduct public outreach and education session about Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) permitting requirements for beachfront development and redevelopment on June 27 from 9 a.m. to noon in MacKenzie Hall at City Hall.
FDEP CCCL Environmental Administrator Celora Jackson will present on CCCL Individual and General Permit application requirements and review tools to help CCCL potential applicants. She will also meet with individuals about CCCL permitting questions. Contractors and property owners are invited to attend.
