The city of Sanibel reported that Lumen will conduct line splicing on June 25 at the intersection of Periwinkle Way and Dixie Beach Boulevard. Lane closures will commence at 9 a.m. and are expected to conclude by 3 p.m. Traffic control personnel will be onsite to direct traffic.
