VIP Realty Sanibel and Captiva announced its top producers for the month of May.

Mary Morris had the top sales. A full-time licensed Realtor since 1999, her expertise includes Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Real Estate Institute, E-Pro (Internet Marketing Specialist), Senior Real Estate Specialist, and At Home with Diversity Certified. Morris is a graduate of Indiana University and holds a Master of Science from Butler University.

Deb Smith had the top listings. She has a background in accounting and holds the Second Home and Resort Specialist, Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist certifications.

Tina DiCharia was the top producer. A longtime Southwest Florida resident, she was a court reporter for over 30 years and owned and operated a reporting agency. She is currently serving a three-year term on the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors’ board of directors.
