The deadline for Presidential Preference Primary voters to submit Vote-by-Mail and Provisional Ballot Signature Cure Affidavits to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections Office is on March 21 at 5 p.m.

Voters who received notification of a signature discrepancy on their Vote-by-Mail or Provisional Ballot must complete and return a Signature Cure Affidavit, along with a copy of an approved form of identification, to ensure their ballot will be counted.

The signed affidavit and attached copy of ID may be returned by mail, fax, e-mail (as an attachment), or hand-delivered to any branch office location.
