SANIBEL FIRE AND RESCUE DISTRICT

The Sanibel Fire and Rescue District reported that although Station 172 on Sanibel-Captiva Road has been demolished to make room for the new station, it continues to provide fire protection and emergency services. A temporary fire station remains on site and houses the firefighters 24/7. Those in need of services can stop by or call 911 if it is an emergency.
