BIG ARTS, at 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel, will present the following:

WORKSHOP

Glass Fusing Instructor with Petra Kaiser will be held on March 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cost is $135 for donors and $168 for non-donors.

LECTURE SERIES

The FORUM will be held on March 6 at 7:30 p.m., with a livestream option available. Robert Kagan will speak on “America’s Role in Establishing a New and Stable World Order.” Tickets are $55 for adults and students are free.

WORKSHOP

Intro to Acrylics with Sunny Krchmar will be held on March 7-8 from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $81 for donors and $105 for non-donors.

Afterlife and “A World to Come:” Comparing/Contrasting the Views of Humanity’s Major Religions and Philosophical Traditions with Dr. Randall H. Niehoff will be held on March 8, 15 and 22 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Cost is $80 for donors and $100 for non-donors.

PERFORMING ARTS

“Sing & Swing,” a Jazz at Lincoln Center Presents production, will take place on March 9 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $78 for adults and $10 for students.

WORKSHOP

Painting Mangroves & Their Reflections in Oil with Douglas David will be held on March 11-12 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $345 for donors and $423 for non-donors.

FILM SERIES

“Golda” (2023) will be shown on March 11 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12.

WORKSHOP

Tape It Up: Technique of Masking Tape Sculpture with Jeff Ocasio will be held on March 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $52 for donors and $65 for non-donors.

WORKSHOP

Fluid Art with Tammy DeCaro will be held on March 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $39 for donors and $48 for non-donors.

LECTURE SERIES

The FORUM will be held on March 13 at 7:30 p.m., with a livestream option available. Daryl Johnson will speak on “How the Domestic Terrorism Threat Is Being Ignored.” Tickets are $55 for adults and students are free.
