PAWS Pets of the Week
Tobie is about 8 years old and was captured as a feral cat and taken to Lee County Domestic Animal Services as part of its Trap/Neuter/ Release program. For the past four years, he has been living on the Sanibel Causeway Islands. Two people visit Tobie daily to provide him with food, and he has become very friendly, loving to be scratched, rubbed and petted. But PAWS is hoping to find someone to adopt or foster him, so he could finally have a real home. It would take a special person willing to put in some time, as Tobie has become accustomed to his “waterfront property” — someone who would truly enjoy making a huge difference in his life. Those interested can contact Pam at PAWS at firstname.lastname@example.org or 239-313-6918 or 239-699-6310.
Tucker was trapped in late July. He is a sweet boy with special needs. Tucker may be deaf and may have some neurological issues, but he is in excellent health and body. PAWS is searching for someone who wants a project to foster Tucker, someone who has the time and energy to work with him in the hope of finding him a forever home. Those interested can contact Pam at PAWS at email@example.com or 239-313-6918 or 239-699-6310.
