BIG ARTS releases schedule for Monday Night Films series
BIG ARTS announced the January and February lineup for its Monday Night Films series.
Shown on Mondays at 7 p.m. in the Christensen Performance Hall, the series features a diverse collection of films selected by the volunteers of the BIG ARTS Film Committee. It carefully chose award-winning films from the world’s major film festivals, with the lineup as follows:
– Jan. 4: “Those Who Remained”
– Jan. 11: “The Reports of Sarah and Saleem”
– Jan. 18: “Just Mercy”
– Jan. 25: “Burning”
– Feb. 1: :A Bag of Marbles”
– Feb. 8: “Invisible Life”
– Feb. 15: “And Then We Danced”
– Feb. 22: “The Last Vermeer”
Admission is $10 for each film.

BIG ARTS is practicing the highest standards of safety during this time. All visitors are required to wear masks throughout the facility. It is asking that people are mindful of physical distancing.
With physical distancing in mind, BIG ARTS is selling only 50 percent of the seats in the hall. Until further notice, only 200 seats will be available for any event and a maximum of 25 people will be allowed in the gallery at any given time.
BIG ARTS has enhanced its air filtration system, surfaces are wiped down between use, a professional sanitation fogger is used after each gathering, and there are hand sanitation “stations” available.
The BIG ARTS Film Committee includes Chair Visnja Gembicki, Stan Gembicki, Di Saggu, Ron Green, Stefi and Don Irwin, Barbara Ruben, Judy Adler and JR Pascal.
