The SanCap Catholics is hosting its annual Angel Tree Project now through Dec. 11 to benefit the Ft. Myers Catholic Charities. For the second year, SanCap Gateway Reality at 1177 Causeway Road, Sanibel, will serve as the “home” for the project. This holiday season, the group hopes to disperse 75 youth angel tags and 50 senior angel tags to provide gifts to those in need. Anyone wanting to spread some cheer can stop by Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to pick up an angel tag — or two — to make someone’s holiday a little brighter. All wrapped and tagged gifts must be returned before noon on Dec. 11. In addition, the SanCap Catholics is collecting full-size toiletries for seniors. Masks will be required to enter the office.
