The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, will present the following:

SENIOR AEROBIC EXERCISE

Senior Aerobics will be held today, Oct. 28, at 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. with instructor Mahnaz Bassiri. Bring your own weights optional. A $5 donation is suggested.

PAINTING WITH FRIENDS

Painting with Friends will be held today, Oct. 28, from 1 to 4 p.m. Bring you own supplies to paint. No instruction given; only verbal support from fellow artists. Cost is $10.

LIFE LINE SCREENING

Life Line Screening will offer screenings on Oct. 29 from 8 to 10 a.m. Cost is $139 for five screenings, including carotid artery/plaque, heart rhythm (atrial fibrillation), abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease and osteoporosis risk assessment. CURRENT EVENTS

Current Events will meet on Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. Talk about what is happening locally, nationally and throughout the world. Moderated by Tommy Williams. Attendees will follow CDC guidelines; masks will be required and social distancing practiced. Suggested donation of $5.

SENIOR HEARTS CARD CLUB

Senior Hearts Card Club will meet on Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. Play the game of Hearts; beginners to experts welcome. A $5 donation is suggested.

FALL FESTIVAL

A Fall Festival will take place outside on Oct. 30. There will be three candy and prize pick-up stations manned by staff wearing masks and gloves. Three time slots are available: 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., 5 to 6 p.m. and 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Signing up for a time slot suggested. Candy donations are being accepted.

SHELL CRAFTERS

Shell Crafters will be open for shopping and browsing on Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to noon. No classes are being offered at this time.

Senior Aerobics will be held on Nov. 2 at 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. with instructor Mahnaz Bassiri. Bring your own weights optional. A $5 donation is suggested.

KIDS COOKING CLASS

Resident Chef Jarred Harris will host a Kids Cooking Class on Nov. 2 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. With the theme of “Delicious Gluten-Free After School Snacks,” the menu will include beetroot fudge and three-ingredient fudge. Masks required and social distancing will be in place. Cost is $30 per child; scholarships available.

SANIBEL BRIDGE CLUB

The Sanibel Bridge Club will play cards on Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon. Bringing a partner is suggested, but not required. Games not sanctioned or duplicate. Suggested donation of $5.

ART CLASS WITH ANITA

Artist Anita Marshall will hold a class on Nov. 3 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The piece will be “Manatee.” Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.

LINE DANCING

Line Dancing with Maria Di Rosa will take place on Nov. 3 from 1 to 2 p.m. A $5 donation is suggested.

In addition, there are “Camp to Go Shell Critter” kits available for $20 each; add an extra $8 for shipping. Choose four out of 13 critters to assemble. There is also a “Camp to Go Art” kit available for $20. Eight different postcards to color and zentangle; sharpie and educational video link included.
