TCH hosts ‘Rib Night’ Community Social

The Community House held its “Rib Night” Community Social on Aug. 21. Resident Chef Jarred Harris served up a menu of green pea salad and jicama slaw for the starters; bourbon-glazed baby back ribs, St. Louis-style ribs with a sweet-and-spicy dry rub and Cuban-style country spare ribs for the entrees; collard greens, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese for side dishes; and chocolate brownies for dessert.
