Paddling Tip of the Week

By Staff | Jul 21, 2020

When paddling in low light times of the day – either before or after the solar transition – you must have a light on your craft. Not only is it a legal requirement, but a very smart and safe thing to do. This light is not to guide your way, but rather to let other vessels know your whereabouts. The weekly paddling tip is provided by the Ocean Tribe Paddling Club, which is affiliated with the

Sanibel Sea School. For more information, visit oceantribepaddlers.org.
