Sanibel Community Church Children’s Ministry safely found a way to still minister to their children. On June 17, Children’s Ministry Director Holly Patton-Roark met with a small group of fifth-grade girls. She decided to start carving out time each week to do something special with a small group. Patton-Roark picked up the three girls, who were quite ready for a day out, and they decided on Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille on Sanibel for their outing. During lunch, they spent time talking, laughing and relished the time of fellowship together. After, the group stopped by the church and took part in a Father’s Day craft.
