Paddling Tip of the Week
As we wait to get back on the water, there are a few things we can do at home to help advance our paddling skills. Maintaining stability on the water is an important aspect of all paddle sports, but stand up paddleboarding in particular requires excellent balance. Try yoga or basic stretches to keep your flexibility and balance ready for your next paddle.
