Florida COVID-19 cases top 1,000
TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Department of Health reports that as of 6 p.m. Sunday, there were 1,007 cases of the new coronavirus in Florida.
The new Florida cases include 177 additional positive COVID-19 cases –169 Florida residents and 8 non-Florida residents — reported to the Florida Department of Health.
“There are currently 937 positive cases in Florida residents and 70 positive cases in non-Florida residents,” the FDOH reports.
