If space is available, a drop-in rate of $12.25 per class for members and $15.50 per class for non-members will be available.

Yoga for osteoporosis is designed for students of any age and level of yoga experience. Students taking part to build bone density, whether suffering with osteoporosis or osteopenia or as a preventative therapy, will receive guidance for a safe yoga practice.

The class will explore 12 poses that are part of yoga for bone health. The use of chairs, blankets and blocks will help students find the version of each pose which is most supportive of their needs.

Please bring an empty stomach, bare feet and an open mind.

Participants may want socks and a sweater to stay warm during the final relaxation at the end of class.
