Collage

Getting Groovy with Collage will be held Feb. 5 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. with Anita Force Marshall. Open to ages 12 and older, it is for beginners and intermediates. Guest Chef Culinary Workshop

A Guest Chef Culinary Workshop will be held Feb. 5 from 10 a.m. to noon. The theme is “Vegan Cooking Workshop” with Nikki Rood, of the Sanibel Sprout. It will cover the nutritional benefits of a plant-based diet through healthy eating habits. Learn healthy meal combinations for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks. Cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.

Painting with Friends

Painting with Friends will take place Feb. 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $10. Artists of all levels of expertise are welcome, as long as they bring their own supplies and are able to paint independently. Painting With Sissi

Painting With Sissi, with artist Sissi Janku, will be held Feb. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. The subject will be “Underwater Magic.” All supplies included; bring own beverages and snacks. Cost is $55 for members and $65 for non-members.

Diversity Month Event

Writer and attorney Jonathan Putnam will hold “A House Divided Lecture” on Feb. 12 at noon.

A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, he is a renowned trial lawyer and Lincoln scholar. The books in his Lincoln and Speed Mystery Series include “A House Divided,” “Final Resting Place,” “Perish from the Earth” and “These Honored Dead.” Free and open to the public.

Letting Loose With Watercolors & Shells will be held on Feb. 18 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. with Anita Force Marshall.
