The LOGOS children recently celebrated Pinata Fiesta Night at the Sanibel Community Church. The participants had a blast with pinatas galore hanging from the rafters. Treasures and treats exploded out of them as they were cracked open. Students each had a chance to be blindfolded and take a swing. The table parents kept a sharp eye in keeping safety first. After a night of crafts, recreation, Bible time and walking tacos for dinner, the children were ready for a siesta. Open to preschoolers to fifth-graders, the LOGOS group meets on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 7 p.m. For more information, contact Hilly Patton-Roark at 239-472-2684.
