In The Garden announces upcoming classes

In The Garden recently announced its upcoming gardening project classes.
Each beginning at 10 a.m., they will feature:
– Nov. 5: Succulent Gardens – assemble and take home a succulent garden in a container while learning more about the unique group of plants; cost is $35.
– Nov. 20: Butterfly and Pollinator Gardens – learn how to create areas and pockets in one’s landscape to attract butterflies and other pollinators; cost is $20 and includes a butterfly plant to take home.
– Dec. 10: Culinary Garden Class – Learn about herbs, vegetables, citrus and fruit trees and how to include them in a garden, and make-and-take an herb arrangement in an Eco Pot; cost is $30.
– Jan. 15: Succulent Gardens – assemble and take home a succulent garden in a container while learning more about the unique group of plants; cost is $35.
– Jan. 28: Tillandsias are So Easy! – Learn about tillandsias (air plants) and how easy and fun they are to use in a garden home, and make a tillandsia jellyfish to take home; cost is $20.
– Feb. 11: Bromeliads – there is a bromeliad for every area of a garden, learn about care, placement and how to divide and replant one to take home; cost is $10.
– Feb. 26: Orchid Class – learn how to care for and transplant orchids into a larger container or by mounting them to a tree or other structure; cost is $40, with orchid and pot included in fee.
– March 10: Butterfly and Pollinator Gardens – learn how to create areas and pockets in one’s landscape to attract butterflies and other pollinators; cost is $20 and includes a butterfly plant to take home.
