Dueling Piano Night is back

By Staff | Oct 16, 2019

Dueling Piano Night was such a success last fall that it is back again – bigger and better.

The Sanibel School PTA recently announced the return of the famous Larry Klass and Leon Novembre on Nov. 2. The night will be filled with food, fun, music and laughter benefiting a great cause.

Taking place at The Community House, doors open for a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. before the show begins at 7:30 pm. The Paper Fig Kitchen will provide heavy hors d’oeuvres, along with a cash bar and a signature cocktail. It has also contributed a private dinner to be auctioned off during the evening.

Attendees will have a chance at prizes such as weekend getaways, jewelry, Disney tickets and more.

“Pick and purchase” buckets (of sand) provide the opportunity to help raise funds while winning prizes. The buckets will range from $25 to $200 for prizes valued at or more than that amount. Some bucket picks will receive prizes valued at double and triple their purchase price.

Tickets are $75 per person and are available at TheSanibelSchoolPTA.com.

It is a key fundraiser for the PTA, which helps to financially supplement areas such as: class supplies; art, music and theater programs; media-educational needs; maintenance-landscaping; and more.

Sponsors include the Paper Fig Kitchen, EnviroMow, VIP Realtors, Superior Title, Karaffa-Zakutansky Charitable Foundation, Island Condo Maintenance, The Padgett Family, Pinocchio’s Original Italian Ice Cream, McMurray & Members Royal Shell Real Estate, and MarineMax.
