Paddling Tip of the Week
Remember when lifting and carrying your SUP to protect your back by bending your knees and keeping your back straight when you lift. Be ready for wind – a strong crosswind can catch your board like a sail and throw you off balance. It is best to hold your board on the downwind side of your body.
