Refuge bids farewell to intern

J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Services intern Elizabeth Preciado recently completed her stint with the Sanibel refuge.

During her time at the refuge, Preciado assisted Supervisory Refuge Ranger Toni Westland in overseeing programs and amenities for visitors.

Preciado graduated from California State University of Sacramento in May with a degree in recreational parks, tourism and administration, with a concentration in management and certifications in natural resources and outdoor experience.
