Children and Family Life Ministries of Sanibel Community Church recently recognized this year’s fifth-graders who are graduating from the LOGOS program. It was a special night celebrating Zackary Alonso, Drew Barron, Max Doster, James Doss, Anna Anderson-Kilgore, Siena Lodwick, Caroline Muddell, Audrey Mulka, Brady Sackman, Casey Sackman, Karsten Schafer, Ava Selby, Drake Stroud and Sofi Lee Varmuza. It highlighted the fifth-graders’ accomplishments throughout the season. Awards and gifts were presented to each graduate. Toward the end of the evening, each fifth-grader was given an opportunity to share with the younger youth what their favorite part of being a LOGOS participant was. Choosing the dinner menu for the evening was an annual tradition for the graduates. This year’s menu included pizza and ice cream sandwiches. The theme for the evening was “You Crack Me Up.” All LOGOS students were invited to share their favorite joke during the activity time. Karsten Schafer was the emcee for the evening and interviewed his LOGOS fifth-grade friends.
