Bondurant nominated for national Business Woman Award
Mary Bondurant is a candidate for the ABWA National Top Ten Business Woman Award.
“The Top Ten is the highest national honor awarded to an ABWA member,” Julie DeBord, chair of the local chapter nominating committee, said. “Mary is an excellent candidate and we could not be more proud of her as our chapter’s nominee.”
The award acknowledges career accomplishments and contributions to women’s professional development through ABWA, but emphasizes community service.
Bondurant serves the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce as chair and is a leading voice advocating for water quality. She founded and runs Let’s Pink Out supporting mammograms for uninsured women and is a director for the Sanibel Historical Museum and Village.
