City Parks employee charged with possession of child pornography

An employee of the City’s of Cape Coral’s Parks & Recreation Department, Toby Sheaf, was arrested Friday by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and charged with possession of child pornography.

Sheaf has been employed by the City since 1997 and is a Parks Maintenance Supervisor II, a release from the city states.

“I have been advised of the arrest involving Sheaf,” said City Manager John Szerlag in a prepared statement. “I have directed staff to gather all of the details and facts surrounding this arrest and will be determining the appropriate course of action.”
