Lily & Co. hosting Designer Eggstravaganza

Lily & Co. Jewelers on Sanibel is hosting an April Designer Eggstravaganza until April 30.

The event features savings on pieces by a selection of renowned designers, including Denny Wong, Mazza, Frederic Sage, James Breski, The Touch, Magick, Kabana, Cheri Dori, Royal Pearl and Stephen Douglas.

Lily & Co. Jewelers is at 520 Tarpon Bay Road.

Sanibel Recreation Center adds to Hall of Sponsors

Sons of Monaco Painting, of Fort Myers, has joined the Sanibel Recreation Center’s Hall of Sponsors as a new sponsor.

Proceeds from the purchase of the sponsor sign are applied to the center’s Financial Assistance Program. It assists families that financially qualify for their children to attend the after-school program, summer day and holiday camps, fun days, babysitter training camp, basketball league, volleyball camp, Zuni Camp Out and C.I.T. program at the center.

A printout of all the sponsors can also be obtained at the center’s reception counter.

Horizon Council to meet at FSW

The Horizon Council and the Lee County Economic Development Office will host the Horizon Council General Membership Meeting on April 26 at 8 a.m. in Room 102 of Building U at Florida SouthWestern State College, at 8099 College Parkway, Fort Myers.

Registration and networking start at 8 a.m. and the meeting begins at 8:30 a.m.

Guest speaker Mike McDonald, senior learning consultant and learning business partner with the Gallup organization, will focus on employee engagement and retention. He will share current research on employee engagement and a few things managers and organizations can do to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
