Free and open to the community, the Captiva Island Art & Food Hop will be held on April 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the entrance to the South Seas Island Resort, at 5400 Plantation Road, Captiva.

The event will feature over 30 local artists, crafters and food artisans.

The participating vendors will be selling art, crafts and one-of-a-kind products.

Designed for all ages, there will be visits from the Easter Bunny.

Some of the holiday-themed activities will include cookie decorating and a balloon artist.
