The Sanibel Captiva Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association installed nine new local members at its February meeting.

“We are delighted to welcome this remarkable group of strong, smart and capable women to our chapter,” Membership Chair Lisa Newmeyer-Cochrane said. “Expect to see ABWA leadership spring from this group in coming years.”

They are Taylor Osborne, Alicia Clark, Kari Cordisco, Angela Larson Roehl, Nora Johnson, Deb Ames, Ashley Gibbons, Marj Nordstrom and Lee Garrett.

“Our ABWA chapter strives to offer the best professional development opportunities and networking for women working on the islands,” President Gloria Garrett said. “If you work, would like to work or used to work, you will find a lively conversation with island leaders on relevant local topics at ABWA.”
