Grampy, with Grampy’s Charities, made a stop by the Trailways Camp on the last day of the 2018 season camp. The Trailways Camp provides camping experiences for adults with special needs in Southwest Florida. It was founded by Jerry and Sharon Miller through The Robert V. and Benjamin G. Miller Fund in honor of their two sons. The Trailways Camp is based on the principal of reducing the social isolation experienced by adults with special needs, as well as their families or caregivers. Volunteers play a key role in the success of the camp, which is held three times a year. To learn more about the Trailways Camp, visit trailwayscamp.org.
