South Cape Business Trick-or-Treat set for Saturday
Children can trick-or-treat at more than 40 businesses in South Cape Coral Saturday while the sun is still shining.
South Cape Hospitality & Entertainment Associations Board Member Alison Polo said this is the first time they are holding the South Cape Business Trick-or-Treat event.
“Hopefully it will be an annual event to grow every year,” she said. “I am from Zak’s Jewelry and I am a retailer in South Cape. We wanted to bring something down to the businesses that is a kid-friendly event that is safe and free and get the community involved in Downtown Cape Coral, South Cape.”
The trick-or-treating event does not require registration.
The South Cape Business Trick-or-Treat will take place from noon to 4 p.m.
“This gives them an opportunity to go trick-or-treating twice,” she said. “Every business will be giving out candy.”
