Keylime Bistro earns Wine Spectator Restaurant Award
Keylime Bistro has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2018 Restaurant Awards.
The restaurant was recognized among 2,453 winners from all over the globe as a top destination for wine lovers.
“This year’s class of restaurants is one of the most impressive and innovative ever,” Marvin R. Shanken, editor and publisher of Wine Spectator, said. “Their wine lists keep improving, because wine lovers are eager to explore and learn.”
Keylime Bistro won the Award of Excellence. It recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in price and style.
“We are so thrilled to be honored with this outstanding Award of Excellence for the 12th year in a row,” Sandy Stilwell Youngquist, owner and operator of Keylime Bistro, said.
The complete list of award winners is available in print in Wine Spectator’s August issue.
“The goal of our Restaurant Awards is to support restaurant wine programs and bring them to diners’ attention,” Shanken said. “Wine Spectator salutes every restaurant honored in the 2018 Restaurant Awards.”
Stilwell also owns the Captiva Island Inn, in addition to the nearby Cantina Captiva, RC Otter’s Island Eats, Latte Da and The Sunshine Seafood Cafe and Wine Bar, which recently reopened.
The Keylime Bistro is at 11509 Andy Rosse Lane.
