Two charged with burglary

Two North Fort Myers men were charged with burglary Tuesday night after police say officers responding to a vehicle burglary caught them with stolen goods.

Cape Coral Patrol officers responding to the burglary in progress in the 1100 block of Southeast 23rd Terrace located Dillon Brigner, 20, of 438 Stockton Street, and Joseph Naro, 20, 2001 Buddy Lane in the neighborhood. They were “…still in possession of stolen items from the nearby burglaries,” according to a release issued by the Cape Coral Police Department Wednesday.

Brigner was charged with two counts of burglary of a conveyance and grand theft. Naro was charged with burglary of a conveyance and possession of drug paraphernalia

Brigner and Naro were transported to the Lee County Jail. Both remained in custody as of Wednesday evening.
