Rotary Happenings: Record Year for Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club Membership
The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club is pleased to announce the recent induction of Trent Peake and Ralph Korn as its newest members.
Each new member comes to Rotary for their own reasons and our Club’s membership chairs, James Davis /Janet Strictland and the membership committee met with new applicants and explained and provided information to them regarding the basics of Rotary to discuss how we can fulfill the applicants desire to work in certain areas to support our Rotary motto of “Service Above Self”.
The Sanibel-Rotary club has a board spectrum of projects that we support and welcome ideas and energy in working on our current projects or bringing ideas forth regarding new projects that fit the Object of Rotary.
This has been a record year for the Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club new member applications with the club inducting fourteen new members during this Rotary year July 1, 2014 to July 15, 2015.
