Cape Police Chief Connelly to address MOAA
Cape Coral Police Chief Bart Connelly will be the speaker at the monthly breakfast beeting of the Calusa Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America on Saturday, April 11. The 9 a.m. meeting will be held at Gulf Coast Village, 1333 Santa Barbara, Cape Coral. All military officers and spouses are invited to attend.
Connelly will discuss current activities within the Cape Coral Police Department. A question-and-answer session will follow his prepared remarks.
The cost for the buffet breakfast is $10, payable at the door. Reservations may be made by contacting Dixie Buick, 945-5030.
The Calusa Chapter is inviting the public to attend its Hootchie-Cootchie Dinner Dance Saturday, April 18. The event will be held at the German-American Club, 2101 Pine Island Road, S.W., Cape Coral, beginning at 5 p.m., with a dinner buffet starting at 6:30. A cash bar will be available from 5-11 p.m.
Entertainment will be provided from 7:30-11 p.m. A casual dress attire is recommended. The cost is $25 per person.
