Robin L. Cook has been named executive vice president by Sanibel Captiva Trust Company. In her new role, Cook will help the trust company maintain its strong client service commitment while developing new business relationships.

“It is an honor to join this wonderful company and its team of professionals who are incredibly dedicated to supporting each and every client with personal service,” Cook said.

Cook brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently served as vice president wealth advisor and certified wealth strategist of private wealth management for a local financial institution where she was recognized in 2012 and for multiple years as a member of the chairman’s club in her position as a wealth advisor.

The Sanibel Captiva Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association named her as its 2013 Woman of the Year in recognition of her service.

She is a graduate of the American Banker’s Association Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida and resides full-time on Sanibel with her husband Doug. Their daughter, Heather L. Cook, looks forward to returning to Sanibel this spring when she graduates from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland.

“We are fortunate to have been able to hire Robin. She will be a tremendous asset to our firm and our clients,” said S. Albert Hanser, Sanibel Captiva Trust Company founder, CEO & co-chairman.”
