Registration for the third annual “Wednesdays of Wonder” (WOW) in September held at Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ is now open.

This year’s theme is “WOW! God Loves Us! Sharing God’s love through art, music, science and fun!” It will be held at Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ every Wednesday in September (Sept. 4, 11, 18 and 25) from 3:30-6 p.m.

Last year more than 40 kids enjoyed activities that include knitting, making a video, arts and crafts, dancing, building and music. We are offering a wide variety of activities, including cross-stitch, crafts, and music allowing each child opportunities to try out a range of activities. There also are presentations by Ding Darling and others!

Tuition for all four weeks is a total of $25 for one child and $50 for two or more from the same family. Tuition covers snacks, dinners and the activities for all four weeks.

Registration forms are available at the Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ office, 2050 Periwinkle Way, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and online at www.sanibelucc.org.

Parents of K-5th graders are urged to sign up their children early, as space is limited. The registration deadline is Aug. 31.

If you would like to volunteer, can lead an activity, or for more information call Pastor Deb Kunkel at (239)-472-0497.
