SCTC’s Ketteman appointed to FGCU Foundation board

Sanibel Captiva Trust Company board member Charles Ketteman has been appointed to the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Ketteman has more than 40 years of management and executive experience, including 34 years with Arthur Andersen, initially as an audit partner and then as the founder and longtime leader of Andersen Business Consulting. Under his leadership, that entity grew from a start-up into a global business with approximately 13,000 employees in 40 countries.

During his business career, Ketteman has specialized in management consulting services to the telecommunications industry and worked with some of the largest telecom companies in the U.S. and Asia. He co-authored the best-selling book Best Practices, Building Your Business with Customer Focused Solutions and speaks often at universities and global business seminars.

Since opening its doors just 15 years ago, FGCU has grown to more than 12,000 students and offers programs leading to associate, bachelor, masters and doctoral degrees in several disciplines.
