Resident reports theft of vehicle, wheelchair

A light green Cadillac DTS was reported stolen Sunday from a Cape Coral home.

At about 10 a.m., Oct. 30, Cape Coral police responded to a report of an automobile theft in the 2200 block of Southwest 38th Terrace. A woman stated that she came out of her home to find that her 2007 Cadillac was not in the driveway.

It has the license plate N951FW and is worth an estimated $30,000.

The woman added that her husband’s wheelchair was in the truck. Three prescription sunglasses and a GPS device were also in the car, according to the police report. The additional missing items are valued at about $830.
