Members of the CCPD Special Operations Bureau conducted the operation from 8:30 p.m. to midnight as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety’s “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign, according to police officials.
The results from the operation are as follows:
– Arrests: 0

The CCPD was stressing safety and awareness for the Halloween weekend.
“We want residents to go out and enjoy the city’s restaurants and entertainment venues. We just want people to use options other than driving under the influence to get home,” Capt. Mike Torregrossa said in a prepared statement. “Please take a cab or use a designated driver. Halloween is the start of the holiday season, let’s kick it off safely.”
