Employment Fair coming to Shell Point
This Friday, Sept. 30, Shell Point Retirement Community will host an Employment Fair in The Woodlands neighborhood of the community. Due to the planning and construction of The Springs at Shell Point, a new assisted living facility for the property, there will be 50-plus available job opportunities created.
From 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., and then again from 3 until 7 p.m., individuals interested in employment with Shell Point can visit the property to apply for a variety of upcoming positions. The event will take place in the Grand Cypress Room of The Woodlands at Shell Point, located at 14441 Woodsong Lane, and attendees should follow the signs to parking.
Some of the available positions will be in nursing, hospitality management, housekeeping, caregiving, food service and more. Attendees will be asked to complete a full application, and possibly participate in interviews for available jobs. If possible, interested applicants should bring in a resume and list of references as well.
“Because employees are our most valuable resource, we offer a work atmosphere that is fast-paced and challenging, opportunities for employees to learn and grow, and an environment where employees are recognized for their contributions and years of service,” said Gina Banasiak, human resources coordinator.
