Island Association of Realtors adds four
Four new Realtor members were inducted into the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors at its September orientation meeting.
Requirements for membership, in addition to a Florida real estate license, include membership in the national and state associations and completion of a local training program that includes professional standards and ethics, multiple listing service instruction and orientation sessions at both the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF) and Sanibel City Hall.
The new members and their company affiliations are Pamela Boynton, Royal Shell Real Estate; Stephanie Bisset, Gulf to Bay Sotheby’s Int’l Realty; Thomas Hopf, Engel & Volkers Sanibel; and Bobbie McGlynn, John Gee & Company.
Realtors are the only licensed real estate practitioners required to adhere to the Code of Ethics prescribed by the National Association of Realtors.
