Sanibel Air donates A/C services to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWFL
Sanibel Air Conditioning continues its commitment of supporting members in its own community by donating $1,400 worth of air conditioning services to the Seventh Annual McFlat’s Invitational Fishing Tournament, scheduled to take place on Sept. 2 and 3.
The tournament raises money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWFL and, of course, gives fishing buffs an opportunity to compete for a $7,500 grand prize.
The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children undergoing medical treatment. For more information about the tournament, please visit www.mcflatsinvitational.com/
Sanibel Air’s managing partner Todd Hayes and his wife, Jennifer, have actively supported the charity for years.
“We are grateful to once again have the opportunity to sponsor this event and to make this contribution to a great cause,” said Todd Hayes. “It’s great to be able to support such valuable organizations in our community.”
For more than 20 years, the Hayes family had been installing, maintaining and upgrading air conditioning systems exclusively on Sanibel and Captiva. What began with a single employee, Dan Hayes, who retired and sold the business to his sons Bryan and Todd in 2006, has since grown to a staff of 18.
What has not changed, however, is Dan Hayes’ vision: “To provide our customers with quality, reliable service when you need it, and remembering our customer’s names.”
The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. The Ronald McDonald House of Southwest Florida is a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children undergoing medical treatment. They help loved ones remain together as a family in an environment of comfort, compassion, strength and support.
